It was a very touching video that is bound to throw some4 more light on who Goldie was. It also shows us an emotional Denrele who obviously misses husband best friend. Now, I’ve gotten the mushy stuff out of the way, can I speak my mind now? First off, I’m getting pretty tired of all the Denrele aka Goldie’s best friend interviews. Is he the first person to be the best friend to a star (albeit a somewhat dimmed one)? Or is he the first person to be the last person to see somebody alive? Before Goldie’s death there was no news, now every day it’s all about his best-friend status and her last moments. Puh-leeeze! That’s a rather sneaky way to reclaim fame but guess he’s milking it for what it’s worth; before this, his “fame” and relevance were on a downward collision course to obscurity! Dear Denrele, enjoy it while it lasts, it certainly can’t last forever. Maybe when it’s the one-year anniversary of Goldie’s death you can give it another shot. Until then, get a life, biko!
